The Wooded Pig Chorizo is made from Free Range pork and flavoured Spanish spices. Best enjoyed at room temperature. Delicious on its own, it can also bring depth of flavour to any charcuterie board, be added to a fresh garden salad or be used as an accompaniment to hot dishes.
