The Wooded Herd
We work with a network of artisan farmers who share our passion for sustainable, animal welfare driven farming practices. Tamara manages our herd of pedigree, grass fed Hereford cattle, a breed known for their tender and flavoursome meat as well as their distinctive red and white appearance. Like the pigs, they spend their lives outdoors benefitting from slow grazing, plenty of space and rich, bio-diverse grasslands.
